Architecture
Building a new development within the low-rise enclave of Holland Village requires boldness and sensitivity. Rather than an imposing structure towering over the neighbourhood, One Holland Village blends seamlessly into the district’s informal landscape; an extension of the neighbourhood’s storied walls. Its architecture carefully references the basic building blocks of the neighbourhood — the iconic shophouses and irregular streets. The result is a distinctive landmark that enriches the existing Holland Village community and urban fabric.
